The Madison County Rescue Squad located in Madison,Virginia is a volunteer agency that provides emergency care to the citizens of Madison County. Members use specialized ambulances and other equipment to care for members of the community that request emergency help. MCRS can be activated by calling 9-1-1 in the county of Madison
